Jump Into Literacy — Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: April 19th, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Jump Into Literacy services and form the basis of your agreement with us.
1. Our Services
Jump Into Literacy provides literacy tutoring, enrichment classes, and educational support programs designed to build confidence, reading skills, and communication abilities.
Services may be delivered online or in person
Programs are designed for children and families
We may update or adjust offerings as our programs evolve
2. Enrollment and Placement
Enrollment is confirmed once payment requirements are completed.
Enrollment is first-come, first-served
A place is secured only after the deposit is received
Registration alone does not guarantee placement
3. Payment Terms
We aim to keep payment clear, predictable, and transparent for families.
A 20% deposit is required to secure a spot in any program
Remaining balances are invoiced after registration confirmation
Monthly payments are due on the 30th of each month
Invoices are sent 5 days in advance
Payment methods include Bit, Paybox, Zelle, and bank transfer
Pricing may be updated as programs evolve
4. Deposit Policy
Tutoring
20% deposit required to reserve a tutoring spot
Refundable if you choose not to continue after the trial session
Becomes non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed
Enrichment Classes
20% deposit required to reserve a place
Refundable after the first session if the class is not the right fit
Becomes non-refundable after the first session unless a replacement student is found
5. Discounts
(Enrichment Classes Only)
10% sibling discount for second child
5% multi-class discount for two or more classes
Must be requested at registration
Cannot be applied retroactively
Discounts cannot always be combined
6. Late Payments
We rely on timely payments to maintain consistent scheduling.
Payments due on the 30th of each month
3-day grace period applies
₪70 (Israel), $20 (U.S. and Canada) late fee applied after grace period
Services may be paused after 7 days of non-payment
7. Cancellations and Attendance
Tutoring
4 hours’ notice required for cancellation or rescheduling
Late cancellations are non-refundable
Enrichment Classes
Missed classes are non-refundable
Materials will be provided where possible
Teacher cancellations receive makeup or refund
Minimum enrollment cancellations receive full refund of deposits
Withdrawal after first session is permitted under deposit policy
8. Online Learning Requirements
Stable internet connection required
Device must include camera and microphone
We are not responsible for technical issues on the user’s side
9. Acceptable Conduct
We aim to maintain a positive learning environment.
Respectful participation is required
Disruptive behavior may result in removal or termination of services
10. Intellectual Property
All materials remain property of Jump Into Literacy
Materials are for personal educational use only
Redistribution or resale is not permitted
11. Liability and Risk
Learning activities may include movement, writing, and interactive tasks
Participation carries minimal risk of minor injury
Families acknowledge and accept this risk
We are not liable for minor incidents during participation
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Liability is limited to the amount paid for services
13. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Israel
Disputes handled in Israeli courts
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when needed
Continued use indicates acceptance of updates
